AF Leiria attends the 86th Anniversary Ceremony of GD “Os Vidreiros”

The Leiria Football Association, represented by its President, Carlos Mota Carvalho, was present on June 29 at Campo do Tojal, in Picassinos, to celebrate the 86th Anniversary of Grupo Desportivo “Os Vidreiros”. The club also took the opportunity to close the sporting season with a lunch and gathering that brought together athletes, families, officials, and the local community.

During the event, AF Leiria presented GD Os Vidreiros with a commemorative plaque for the 86th Anniversary, as well as the trophies to the Women’s U17/U19 team, winners of the District Tournament, and to the U13 team, winners of the Season Closing Tournament.

The event was also attended by the Deputy to the Mayor of Marinha Grande, Nuno Brito; the Secretary of the Marinha Grande Parish Council, Ana Paula André; and the President of the host club, José Ricardo.
